Responsibilities
The Medical Office Assistant 1 (MOA1) provides basic medical office clerical support. Works under general supervision with routine duties following established procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CPP Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
Experience
- 1 year of healthcare clerical/administrative support experience or equal education preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be bilingual in Spanish due to our patient base.
